Cui Liang (?-227) was an officer of Wei and Prefect of Anding. During the Northern Campaign, he fell prey to a plot of Zhuge Liang. On his way to reinforce Xiahou Mao, he was waylaid, surrounded, and forced to surrender to Shu. He was later ordered to try to convince Yang Ling to join Shu, and headed to Nan'an. With Yang Ling, he devised a plan to lure Zhuge Liang into the castle and kill him, but it failed and he was killed by Zhang Bao.
