Count Kadhafo of Zeila (14 December 774-) was the Count of Zeila from 8 January 775, succeeding Count Ali of Zeila.

Kadhafo was born on 14 December 774 to Count Ali of Zeila and Countess Mulki of Zeila, two Muslim Somalis. Kadhafo became Count of Zeila on 8 January 775 after the death of his father.
