
Count Galdemar of Hebron (1060-30 July 1105) was a noble of the Kingdom of Jerusalem.
Biography[]
Galdemar was of the House of Carpenel, and he was one of the participants in the First Crusade of 1096. On 15 July 1099, after the fall of Jerusalem to Godfrey de Bouillon, Godfrey was crowned king of the Kingdom of Jerusalem and he made Galdemar the count of Hebron. He died a maimed cripple on 30 July 1105 at the age of 45.
