Count Bworo of Aksum (25 March 745-) was Master of the Horse of Semien from 4 September 776 and Count of Axum from 26 January 787. In 796, Bworo slew Baron Pirkoi of Adigrat in single combat. In 799, he married Princess Michal of Semien, the daughter of King Demissie of Semien.
