Jon Harvey, known professionally as Count Binface, was an independent joke candidate for the Uxbridge and South Ruislip constituency in the 2019 United Kingdom general election. He won 69 votes, placing seventh and losing to Conservative Party incumbent Boris Johnson; just ahead of him was Lord Buckethead.
