Count Alphonse of Damascus (17 October 1159-) was a noble of the Kingdom of Jerusalem.
Biography[]
Alphonse was born on 17 October 1159 to the House of Acre, a dynasty of Catholic French. On 5 October 1190 he was granted the County of Damascus by King Guy de Lusignan after the Kingdom of Jerusalem seized it from the Ayyubid Empire.
