Cornwall Kerosene & Tar was an American oil refinery located in Logan County, Oklahoma (north of Guthrie and south of Mulhall, 20 miles southwest of Stillwater). It was founded by the powerful industrialist Leviticus Cornwall, and it was located near the Heartland Oil Fields, and it was overseen by Ted Danbury during the 1890s. In 1899, the oil refinery was assaulted by the Wapiti Native Americans during the Wapiti Rebellion, and, by 1907, it had been abandoned due to Cornwall's death.
