Cool Yoshimi was a Japanese street racer and one of the "Four Kings" of the Devil Killers racing gang in Fukuoka. An exceedingly calm statistician, Yoshimi often researched his street-racing opponents to discover potential weaknesses. In December 2012, he was defeated in a street race with Nakasu Taxi cab driver Kazuma Kiryu, the Devil Killers' arch-nemesis, despite warning Kiryu that he only had a 1% chance of defeating him.
