Judaism

Conservative Judaism is a major sect of Judaism that advocates a moderate approach to observing Jewish traditions and laws. Conservative Judaism views halakhic law as both binding and subject to historical development, employing historical-critical research instead of holding traditionalist views like Orthodox Judaism. Conservative Judaism's largest center is in North America, especially the United States. It is the second-most liberal of the Jewish sects, the next being Reform Judaism.
