A political cartoon about the congress
The Congress of Laibach was a conference of Europe's great powers that was held at Laibach, Austrian Empire (now Ljubljana, Slovenia) from 26 January to 12 May 1821. The United Kingdom, France, Austria, Prussia, and the Russian Empire sent their representatives to the congress, and the congress authorized Austria to suppress the revolution in the Two Sicilies, which it did in 1821.
