Comgal of Carrick

Comgal of Carrick (1039-1098) was Count of Carrick from 1066 to 1093 (preceding Godred Crovan), Count of Galloway from 1072 to 1098 (succeeding Fingal mac Gofraid and preceding Fergus of Galloway), and Count of Mann from 1074 to 1079 (succeeding Gofraid mac Amlaib meic Ragnaill and preceding Godred). He was the son of Fingal and the last of his line of the Ui Imair dynasty, and he died in 1098.
