The Club of Angry Patriots is a Russian ultranationalist social movement that was founded on 1 April 2023 by Igor Strelkov, Pavel Gubarev, and Maxim Kalashnikov with the objective of advocating for hardline measures for winning the Russo-Ukrainian War.

The club was founded in April 2023 as the successor of Strelkov's All-Russian National Movement, and its name referred to the phrase commonly used to describe Russian nationalists who actively supported the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine while being dissatisfied with the Russian Army's slow progress and losses, its exchanges of Azov Battalion prisoners, and its lack of response to the shelling of Russian cities. The club was designed as a community of Russian public servants who "are not for money, who are really for the Motherland, for our people, for our country." Eduard Limonov's The Other Russia party helped organize club meetings in May 2023, while the club faced resentment from DPR president Denis Pushilin, who claimed that the club was planning a coup. Club members claimed that Russia would inevitably face defeat in Ukraine and could endure a pro-Western coup or civil war unless Moscow rapidly improved the situation on the front lines, and the Angry Patriots argued that a protracted war in Ukraine could spur the anti-war majority of Kremlin officials to revolt. The club claimed that it was trying to create a defense network to counter a coup in Russia in such a case, and it had a goal of strengthening the pro-war faction within the Kremlin. After the attempted coup by the Wagner Group in June 2023, Angry Patriots cofounder Viktor Alksnis said that Russia was one step closer to its final and irreversible demise, as PMC Wagner had come within 250 miles of Moscow without much resistance, and President Vladimir Putin had pardoned all those involved rather than displayed his authority through punishing them.
