Clinton Levering Cobb (25 August 1842-30 April 1879) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-NC 1) from 4 March 1869 to 3 March 1875, succeeding John R. French and preceding Jesse J. Yeates.

Clinton Levering Cobb was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina in 1842, and he became a lawyer in 1867. He engaged in the mercantile business before serving in the US House of Representatives from 1869 to 1875, and he died in Elizabeth City in 1879.
