Clarence Little (1985-12 June 2008) was the leader of the East Harlem Drug Gang of Spanish Harlem, New York City during the 2000s. Little survived the Westminster Towers shootout of 2008, but he was killed by Niko Bellic when he attempted to murder Bellic on the street as revenge for the shootout.

Clarence Little was born in New York City, New York in 1985 to a family of poor African-Americans, and he was involved with crime from a young age, being arrested in 1999 at the age of fourteen for attempting to sell controlled substances. In 2005, he was arrested for promoting prostitution, and again in 2007 for burglary. Little became the leader of a heroin and crack cocaine distribution operation based out of the Westminster Towers housing complex in Spanish Harlem, and he decided to approach the NYPD with evidence on police corruption in 2008 in exchange for leniency. Deputy Police Commissioner Francis McReary hired Niko Bellic to kill Little to silence him, and Bellic killed several of Little's henchmen during the Westminster Towers shootout. However, he ultimately decided to spare Little after Little told Bellic that he would reform and earn his GED, and Little hit the streets, disappearing. However, he randomly encontered Bellic on one occasion, and a bitter Little attempted to murder Bellic. However, Bellic gunned Little down before Little could shoot him dead.
