Claiborne L. Vrooman (1849-1898) was an American deputy sheriff who served the mining town of Tumbleweed, Arizona Territory during the Wild West era. In 1898, he and several other lawmen were gunned down by the Arizona Kid and Iron-Sights Jones while guarding a horse which Arizona had been sent to steal for Shaky.
