Ricardo ''Cisco'' de la Vega (July 24, 1966-2000) was a Colombian drug smuggler and leader of the Vialpando Cartel from the 1990s until his murder in 2000.
Biography[]
Cisco was born in Colombia, and he became a member of the Vialpando Cartel and became its "front boss" during the 1990s. In 2000, Cisco met Mike Ruggero, a criminal trying to avenge his friend Vinnie Tommaso's death. Ruggero did several jobs for Cisco, one including kidnapping the niece of Asuka Kasen, Yuka Kasen. After a while of attempting to find out what happened, he discovered that Tommaso had faked his death in order to take his and Mike's money. Cisco and Mike went to find him, but they were ambushed and Cisco was killed. However, Cisco's his efforts lead to the death of Vinnie and the fulfillment of Mike's revenge.
