Ciara Coyne (1990-) was a British Albion contractor. She held a master's degree in terrorism and security, served as a Major in the Royal Marines, was awarded the Distinguished Service Order, and was taken down by DedSec operative Tracy Coyne during her 2020 infiltration of the E-STROM building in Lambeth.
