Chrysogonus, son of Artemios

Chrysogonus, son of Artemios (died 422 BC) was an Athenian soldier who was stationed at the fort of Plataea in Boeotia during the Peloponnesian War. In 422 BC, he was assassinated by the Spartan mercenary Kassandra during her infiltration of the fort.
