Christian Brahe

Christian Brahe (died late December 1805) was a general of Denmark-Norway during the English Wars. He was killed in action in the Battle of Wellesley's Landing.

Biography[]

Christian Brahe was born in Christiania, Norway, and became a general of Denmark-Norway. Brahe commanded a Danish army in Christiania during the English Wars in Scandinavia, and led an army to push the British invaders back in December 1805. At the Battle of Wellesley's Landing, his army was destroyed and Brahe was killed. Broder Johannsen replaced him as general.
