Chris Kise

Christopher Michael Kise (1964-) was the Republican Solicitor General of Florida from 2003 to 2006, succeeding Tom Warner and preceding Scott Makar.

Biography[]

Christopher Michael Kise was born in 1964, and he became a lawyer and a friend to Republican Governor Charlie Crist. Crist appointed Kise to serve as Solicitor General of Florida from 2003 to 2006, and he later worked as an advisor to Crist and won four cases before the US Supreme Court. Kise served on Ron DeSantis' transition team in 2019 and joined Donald Trump's legal team in 2022.
