Chris Davies (born 18 August 1967) was the Conservative Party MP for Brecon and Radnorshire from 8 May 2015 to 21 June 2019, succeeding Roger Williams and preceding Jane Dodds.
Biography[]
Christopher Paul Davies was born in Swansea Valley, Wales, United Kingdom in 1967, and he worked as a rural auctioneer, real estate agent, veterinarian, and Royal Welsh Show commentator before serving in the Welsh Assembly from 2011, to the Powys County Council in 2012, and in the House of Commons from 2015 to 2019. He was later accused of fradulent expenses, and a successful recall petition ousted him from office on 21 June 2019. On 2 August 2019, he lost the special election to Lib Dem candidate Jane Dodds.
