Christopher B. Cordova (?-)was a US Army Captain who served as a Squadron Physician Assistant in the US 61st Cavalry Regiment during the Afghanistan War. Cordova joined the Army in Mechanicsville, Maryland in 1996 as a Medical Specialist, and he was deployed to Afghanistan and was stationed at Combat Outpost Keating. He was awarded the Silver Star for his bravery at the 2009 Battle of Kamdesh, during which he helped to treat the mortally wounded Specialist Stephan Mace, among other casualties. Cordova retired on 1 September 2020.
