Chow Hung-lok (1953-2008) was a Chinese-American criminal who was affiliated with the powerful Jaoming Triad of Manhattan, New York City during the 2000s. In 2008, he was killed in a shootout with the vigilante Niko Bellic in a Lower Manhattan alleyway.
