The Vice City Cholos (1967-1984) were a Mexican-American street gang in Miami, Florida founded in 1967 by an unknown leader. During the early 1980s the gang took over Little Haiti and parts of Little Havana in 1984 and attempted to take over the gun running business in the city, making them rivals with both the Cuban Robina Gang and the gun runner Phil Cassidy, respectively. With the help of Victor Vance, the Cubans were able to drive the Cholos from Little Havana, and the Cholos' businesses were taken over. By 1986, no more Cholos cruised around in Little Havana, and were probably wiped out of Miami some of the remaining members might have fled to Los Angeles and become gang members of the Vagos, as the Poulet Gang took over the neighborhood considerably.
