Choi Sung-Ki (1978-23 December 2006) was a Korean criminal who was affiliated with the Jingweon Mafia during the 2000s. On 23 December 2006, he and several other Jingweon assassins were sent to kill Kazuma Kiryu as he made his way through Kabukicho towards the Millennium Tower; they were later betrayed and killed by the Takashima-gumi.
