Cheng He (?-219) was an officer of Wei. At the Battle of Fan Castle, under the command of Pang De, he fought against the Shu forces. Worried about a flood after many days of rain, he suggested to Pang De that the camp be moved to a different location. However, his suggestion came too late, as that night Guan Yu flooded the camp and attacked. Many Wei officers surrendered. Cheng He fought to the end with Pang De, but was shot with an arrow and fell in the water and died.
