Charlie Robinson

Charlie Robinson (born 1988) was a British hacker and DedSec operative who lived in London during the 2020s.

Biography[]

Charlie Robinson was born in London, England in 1988. He sold toenail clippings online, paid high premiums on kidnapping insurance, was the boyfriend of Shelby Davis, regularly purchased anti-hair loss medication, dedicated to the TOAN bombing victims fund in 2020, and joined DedSec in 2020 following the Camden Town uprising against Albion, with his friend Amal Reddy putting him in touch with Veronica O'Leary's cell. Robinson helped to test out SIRS' AR system after picking up the stolen server from Muireann Slattery, and he had a shootout with Albion gunmen and drones in a Piccadilly alleyway while Bagley copied the SIRS module's techniques. Robinson later helped recruit Janet Wolfe into DedSec, taking down the Clan Kelley enforcer Jess Lewis in Brixton before fighting off any Clan Kelley assassins sent to retaliate against Wolfe. He later worked to recruit intelligence officer Riley Coyne, heading to Southwark to disrupt an arms deal there. In the ensuing Southwark Residential shootout, he fought off several Clan Kelley gangsters before stealing their van and dumping it into the River Thames south of the Tower of London, and he then recruited Coyne into DedSec. Shortly after attending a DedSec video conference at The Earl's Fortune, he rescued politician Catherine O'Doherty from Albion guard Ethan Gordon, recruiting her into DedSec. He then went to Guy's Hospital in Southwark to hack the NHS database and find out why MI5 officer Vincent MacMillan was doing the same. Along the way, he decided to approach the nurse Shehab Alnaqbi and recruit him into DedSec, agreeing to investigate the disappearance of some of the refugees he worked with. When Robinson entered the building, he found it guarded by Clan Kelley gangsters. He knocked out Nick Wood and Blake Ito before hacking the servers and discovering that MacMillan was merely investigating organ harvesting and was more of a "renegade tech support", and he then met MacMillan at Blackfriars Bridge. There, he agreed to retrieve the last stolen batch of organs in exchange for MacMillan joining DedSec. He snuck into a Clan Kelley hideout at Spitalfields Market in Tower Hamlets, knocking out gangsters Sharon Divakaran, Brittany Mukherjee, Denise Chakraborty, Lily Miller, Khulood Almheiri, Susie Sandhu, Jyothika Bhandari, Anne Dasgupta, Gulab Bakshi, and Mariam Nassar and stealing the truck. As he drove out of the market, he saw a street full of wrecked cars from a series of explosions, finding two bodies. After briefly investigating the scene, he drove the ambulance to Royal London Hospital to return the trafficked organs, and MacMillan then agreed to join DedSec.
