Charles Wentworth-Fitzwilliam, 5th Earl Fitzwilliam (4 May 1786 – 4 October 1857) was the Whig MP for Malton from 1806 to 1807, Yorkshire from 1807 to 1830, Peterborough in 1830, Higham Ferrers in 1831, Northamptonshire from 1831 to 1832, and North Northamptonshire from 1832 to 1833. He was the son of William Fitzwilliam, 4th Earl Fitzwilliam.
