Charles Law Keeves (1844-1899) was an American white supremacist militiaman who was affiliated with the neo-Confederate Louisiana Raiders during the 1890s. In 1899, he was killed when the outlaw Arthur Morgan returned to the Shady Belle plantation and killed all of the Raiders who had taken up residence there.
