Charles Horace Holmes (24 October 1827-2 October 1874) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-NY 28) from 6 December 1870 to 3 March 1871, succeeding Noah Davis and preceding Freeman Clarke.

Biography[]

Charles Horace Holmes was born in Albion, Orleans County, New York in 1827, and he became a lawyer in 1855. He served in the US House of Representatives from 1870 to 1871 to finish the resigned Noah Davis' term, and he died in 1874.
