Charles Grandison Williams (18 October 1829-30 March 1892) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-WI 1) from 4 March 1873 to 3 March 1883, succeeding Alexander Mitchell and preceding John Winans.

Biography[]

Charles Grandison Williams was born in Royalton, Niagara County, New York in 1829. He moved to Janesville, Wisconsin in 1856, and he served in the State Senate from 1868 to 1872, as a Republican presidential elector in 1868, and in the US House of Representatives from 1873 to 1883, after which he served as register of the land office at Watertown, Dakota Territory from 1883 until his death in 1892.
