Charles Boyle Foor (1852-1899) was an American Pinkerton detective who was active in Arkansas during the Wild West era. In 1899, he and several other Pinkertons were gunned down during a massive shootout with the outlaw Van der Linde Gang in Annesburg, where Dutch van der Linde had just murdered his employer, Leviticus Cornwall.
