
Charles Borland Jr. (29 June 1786 – 23 February 1852) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-NY 6) from 3 December 1821 to 3 March 1823, succeeding Selah Tuthill and preceding Hector Craig. Born in Minisink, he practiced law before serving in the State Assembly and Congress and becoming district attorney of Orange County from 1835 to 1841.
