Charles Bartlett Andrews (4 November 1834-12 September 1902) was the Republican Governor of Connecticut from 9 January 1879 to 5 January 1881, succeeding Richard D. Hubbard and preceding Hobart B. Bigelow.

Charles Bartlett Andrews was born in Sunderland, Massachusetts in 1834, and he became a lawyer in Litchfield, Connecticut in 1863. He became a Republican state senator in 1868 and served as Governor from 1879 to 1881 and on the Superior Court from 1881 until his death in 1902.
