Charles Augustus Foote (15 April 1785-1 August 1828) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-NY 11) from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1825, succeeding John W. Taylor and preceding Henry Ashley. Born in Newburgh, he practiced law in New York City and Delhi before serving in Congress.
