Chang Young-su (1985-2008) was a North Korean Mafia gangster who was involved in the New York City drug trafficking scene of the 2000s. In 2008, he was sent to guard a stash of drugs at a Battery Park construction site, where he was killed in a shootout with Luis Fernando Lopez and his friends as they attempted to steal the drugs for resale.
