Chang Haopei (died 1878) was a Chinese-American tong gangster who was affiliated with the Hop Wei Tong in Chinatown, San Francisco during the 1870s. In 1878, SFPD officer Robert Stone shot Chang in the forehead during a police raid on Ah Toy's brothel, and he urinated on his corpse.
