Chang Diao (?-223) was an officer of Wei. Following the orders of Cao Ren, he attacked Zhu Huan of Ruxukou. Together with Wang Shuang and Zhuge Qian, he attacked Zhong Province by ship, which was where Zhu Huan's family was located. However, he lost the ship due to the craftiness of Zhu Huan and was forced to flee when faced with the enemy counterattack. When Wang Shuang and the other officers were taken prisoner, he was killed in the ensuing battle.
