Chaney F. Brion was a resident of Philadelphia, Neshoba County, Mississippi during the 1960s. In 1964, in the aftermath of the Freedom Summer murders, he was interviewed by the news and expressed his belief that the three missing civil rights had their deaths coming for stirring up trouble.
