Celeste Negarville (17 June 1905 – 18 July 1959) was an ItalianPCI member of the Constituent Assembly from 25 June 1946 to 31 January 1948, Mayor of Turin from 17 December 1946 to 16 April 1948, a Senator from 8 May 1948 to 11 June 1958, and a deputy from 12 June 1958 to 18 July 1959.
