Cecilio Raffa (died 1935) was an Italian-American mafioso who was affiliated with New York City's Cuneo crime family during the 1930s. During the Pacification of New York, he and several other Cuneo mobsters were killed in a shootout with Murder, Inc. while trying to storm the Empire State Building.
