Cecilia of Normandy (1055-1126) was a Princess of England who was the daughter of William the Conqueror and Matilda of Flanders.

Cecilia of Normandy was the eldest daughter of William the Conqueror of the Duchy of Normandy and Matilda of Flanders of the County of Flanders. Born in 1055, she was the younger sister of Prince Rufus and Robert of Normandy, and she became a princess after William conquered England in 1066. In 1094 she was married to Henry IV of Germany to consolidate an alliance between England and the Holy Roman Empire.
