Cecil Kennedy (born 1963) was a British Albion contractor during the 2020s. He was formerly a Metropolitan Police Service officer in London, and he posted anti-refugee sentiments on social media, was banned from travel in Israel, commissioned artists to draw a fursona for him, actively searched for his birth parents, and had an overdrawn bank account. In 2020, he was wounded by DedSec operative Caroline Buckingham during the 2020 Nine Elms break-in.
