Catrin ferch Owain Glyndwr (died 1413) was the oldest daughter of Owain Glyndwr and the wife of Edmund Mortimer.

Biography[]

Catrin ferch Owain Glyndwr was the eldest daughter of Owain Glyndwr. In 1402, she married Edmund Mortimer, an unransomed English prisoner of Glyndwr who later allied with her father during his uprising against King Henry IV of England. Her husband died during King Henry V of England's siege of Harlech Castle in 1409, and Catrin and her three daughters were imprisoned in the Tower of London. She died in 1413.
