Cathy Cheng (born 1961) was a Chinese-American prostitute who lived in South Beach, Miami Beach, Florida during the 1980s. In 1984, while she and her pimp Jahmiah Williamson loitered at a playground in South Beach, she met Tony Montana, and she told him of how she serviced MDPD officers and their strange kinks.
