Cassandra Marquina was an exotic dancer who worked in Miami, Florida during the early 1980s. In September 1984, undercover detective Rico Tubbs (pretending to be the Jamaican drug dealer "The Apprentice") gave her $100 at her club while she danced to "Somebody's Watching Me" before meeting with Scottie Wheeler.
