Cassandra was the boss of the Haitian Mob in New Orleans. She had a reputation for her inconsistent history, and was recruited by Lincoln Clay in his campaign against Sal Marcano and his family.
Biography[]
Cassandra was born at an unknown date in Haiti to a Creole Voudou family. At a young age, she fled to New Orleans, Louisiana after the Tonton Macoute secret police of dictator Francois Duvalier began prosecuting her and other Haitian nationals, and she fled with many of them to New Orleans, Louisiana, where she became part of an organized crime gang. At one point, Cassandra had a daughter, Caroline, but after getting into conflict with the Dixie Mafia and its boss Ritchie Doucet, Doucet killed her daughter in retaliation. She later emerged as the leader of the Haitian Mob while her identity remained a secret to the FBI, who began investigating her gang in 1967.
