Cary Costigan (1806-1860) was an Anglo-Irish landowner from Belfast, County Antrim. Costigan was born to a Protestant family in Belfast, and he became the owner of a cattle farm in Stonyford. Costigan was one of the 89,615 British farmers living in Belfast in 1840, and he made a nice living for himself as a landowner.
