
Carol Miller (4 November 1950-) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-WV 3) from 3 January 2019 to 3 January 2023, succeeding Evan Jenkins.
Biography[]
Carol Devine was born in Columbus, Ohio in 1950, the daughter of congressman Samuel L. Devine. She served in the House of Delegates from 2007 to 2019 as a Republican, and, in 2018, she was elected to the US House of Representatives to succeed retiring incumbent Evan Jenkins. Her seat was eliminated by the post-Census redistricting in 2021.
