Carmine Silvani (1964-) was an Italian painter invited by Kalvin Ritter to a party on his yacht, the Night Thief, moored in Sydney, Australia. He theorized with his friend Shawn Deboer over Ritter's large wealth, concluding that he's probably a criminal. He was later portrayed by an ICA actor for agent training purposes at the ICA Facility in Greenland, specifically for initiate 47, a year after Ritter's assassination.
